Bollywood well-known director Ram Gopal Varma again hit the headlines not for movie news but for other reason. Service Tax Department officials raided Ram Gopal Varma office in Mumbai on Thursday.
Though, Ram Gopal Varma name was included in the list of 132 celebrities, who have issued noticed for tax evasion by Income Tax Department, the IT officials raided his office. The internal source said that Ram Gopal Varma was grilled for eight hours in this connection by IT Officials.
During their scrutiny, they found that no record was maintained over Ram Gopal Varma’s own production house ‘Dream Force Production House’ and ‘Dream Force Enterprises. They said that the two companies have been registered in Hyderabad.
