Here is a definite disappointing news for NTR fans. The actor's next, Rabhasa was earlier planned for August 14th release. There is a long weekend that week due to Independence day on Friday. NTR fans hoped to make it big in terms of openings if released for that day. NTR's last film, Ramayya Vasthavayya was a big dud and there is immense pressure on the actor to deliver with Rabhasa.
But it is rumoured that Rabhasa is not coming for that day. Bellamkonda Suresh, the producer of the film wanted to give a long run for his son, Alludu Seenu and decided to postpone Rabhasa for it. Even though there is no official word about this postponement, It is said that Bellamkonda informed Rabhasa distributors to not to wait for the film and commit to Sikander which is also releasing on August 15th.
The producer still is not confirming the postponement. More clarity on this issue will emerge on August 1st in the audio release of Rabhasa. The audio album of the film is most awaited since NTR himself crooned a song in the film. Rabhasa is the 23rd movie in NTR's career. This is Santosh Srinivas' second film. His debut movie, Kandireega is the biggest hit in Ram's career then. Samantha and Praneetha are the heroines. Thaman is composing music for NTR once again after Brindavanam, Baadshah and Ramayya Vasthavayya
