Creative director Sukumar is licking the wound of his recent failure, 1-Nenokkadine. At the same time he is eager to stage a comeback with his next. It is said that the director will be directing Young Tiger NTR's next and the project will be NTR's 25th film. Sukumar is currently in Goa with his assistant writers scripting for the prestigious 25th film of NTR.
Sources say he will submit the final version of the script by this month end. If everything goes well, the movie will have its muhurtham on Dussehra day and the film will start rolling from December this year after NTR completes the shooting of his current commitment with Puri Jagannadh. Reliable sources tells us that NTR has instructed Sukumar to totally ignore his image and give him what is in his mind.
NTR's career is currently at cross roads with two back to back failures - Ramayya Vasthavayya and Rabhasa. While his contemporaries are seeing heights in their careers, NTR is struggling to make a mark at the box office. So there is immense pressure on the actor to perform and show results. He is targeting a complete makeover and image change with Sukumar's film.
On the other side, NTR is playing a corrupt police officer in his next directed by Puri Jagannadh. It is said that the movie has a strong hero and villain characterization and is definitely expected to work at the box office. The movie is rumoured to be titled as Neno Rakam. NTR and Puri Jagannadh earlier teamed up for Andhrawala several years ago. There were huge expectations on the movie as it came after a blockbuster,Simhadri. But the film was an utter flop. Later on a film in their combination was on cards for several times but that did not happen. Puri wants to make amends for Andhrawala mistake with this new project.
