Mega Power Star Ram Charan had almost conquered every territory in India. He has massive records in almost all the places thanks to his Industry hit film, Magadheera. Not only Magadheera, Charan has consistent track record of doing too good commercially. But the actor is almost struggling in Overseas. There are expected and unexpected reasons behind this lagging.
Expected Reason is that mass masala films like Racha, Nayak, Yevadu, he is doing. These films do not sell more in Overseas as a result he is not able to make proper impression there and the Unexpected Reason is the timing of his releases. Charan usually chooses festival timings for his releases and is opting for Weekday releases. Festivals are holidays in India but working days in Overseas, so his films are not able to make a mark there.
Similarly Govindhudu Andari Vaadele is releasing on Wednesday in Dussehra season. The premieres in Overseas will be on Tuesday. The distributor has planned 60 Premieres in US and the makers are struggling to send the drives on time. We are said that only 47 drives are dispatched at yet to reach US. Distributor is making all efforts to bring the remaining drives in time or else will try making the copies of the drives in US itself to save time.
We will have to see if the Premieres go as per plan and Ram Charan record good numbers there.
