Despite no official announcements, Our readers are well aware that VV Vinayak is the chosen one to direct Akhil Akkineni in his debut project. Nagarjuna was particularly very impressed with how he handled Bellamkonda Srinivas in his debut project, Alludu Seenu impressing the masses. So Vinayak was given the responsibility to launch Akhil.
Vinayak got the biggest remuneration of his career with Alludu Seenu. He charged 10 Crore for the movie and now it is said that he has increased his remuneration further and is demanding 12 Crore for Akhil Akkineni's debut project. Vinayak is currently working on the script of the movie provided by Damarukham fame Veligonda Srinivas. Successful writers Kona Venkat and Gopimohan are penning the screenplay and dialogues for the movie script.
It is said that the makers are in talks with Sridevi's daughter, Jhanvi to be the female lead alongside Akhil Akkineni. We are said that the proposal is almost confirmed and Jhanvi only signing the project has remained. We are also said that if Jhanvi is roped in to the project, Vinayak is planning to use the remix version of Andhama Andhuma song from Govinda Govinda. It may be reminded that song was on Nagarjuna and Sridevi.
Nagarjuna and Nithin's father Sudhakar Reddy will be jointly producing this project. SS Thaman is going to compose the music for this project. It is known that Akhil went on rigorous training in dances and acting in the last 2 years. He is also being trained in Taikwandoo to deliver the best of the stunts
