Bandhs are back again to haunt Telugu Film Industry. The bandh called by Telugu Film Workers Union had disrupted the shooting schedules of various films in October and now they have given similar call from today. The Unions are not satisfied with the new wages proposed by the Chamber and also they are not at all happy with the rule of allowing producers to use the workers from any where in the country.
Demanding the withdrawal of both the proposals, the Film Workers Union called for Bandhs from today. Young Tiger NTR's Temper and Venkatesh - Pawan Kalyan Multistarer, Gopala Gopala are walking on tight ropes regarding their shooting schedules. Any major disturbance will be alarming and may hamper the movie release and the most profitable Sankranthi season may go wasted for the biggies.
Industry Biggies are in talks with Unions to abandon the bandh and resume shootings. About 13000 Employees of 2 Crafts are participating in the Bandh to bring the Industry to a stand still. On the flipside, this unexpected Bandh call may facilitate an undeclared holiday for the Memu Saitham program undertaken by Tollywood to pool in funds for the Hudhud Victims.
