This is a very shocking news to fans of the Superstar. Well, the well-known fact that the Superstar, Rajnikanth's wife, Latha took Rs 20 crores loan from a Bank named, Exim in Chennai. The loan was taken to set up a production house named Mediaone Global Entertainment Limited.
However, she filed to repay the loan amount and keeping this in mind, the bank authorities have put a land of 1.25 acres in auction that is owned by Rajnikanth's wife, Latha. This land is located in Padapai, Kancheepuram District.
However, the production house, Mediaone Global Entertainments Private Limited has given a clarification by releasing a press note that states the company is still repaying the loan and will complete by March 31st 2015.
