Mega Prince Varun Tej's debut movie, Mukunda has started down trend at the box office. The movie started showing drops from Friday. The movie was doing well than Chinnadana Nee Kosam since its day2 but lost the race from the third day. Experts are of the opinion that the movie's honeymoon will end today and it is all the movie is going to collect.
The movie is expected to collect some where near 8-9 Crore Worldwide in its full run and will not be a safe venture to any buyer. The movie has done close to 18 Crore prerelease business which means a guaranteed 50% loss. This will be a definite disappointment for Varun Tej who despite invoking good curiosity in audience and trade failed to cash in the advantage.
Most of the experts are of the opinion that Mukunda is definitely not a project for a first time. Varun Tej has all the qualities to be a perfect mass actor but Mega family chose a non conventional subject for his debut. Varun Tej is expected to work with Puri Jagannadh for his next. The actor will have to hit the bulls eye with this second project lest the actor will end up as a disappointment.
