The Suspense is all over now. Akhil Akkineni had revealed the girl who is going to romance him in his debut film directed by VV Vinayak. Sayesh Saigal who is actually set to debut in Bolly biggie Shivaay opposite Ajay Devagan will be pairing up with Akhil in this film. She is the grand daughter of Bollywood Superstar Dilip Kumar.
With boyish looks of Akhil, the makers want a girl who looks tender, innocent and at the same time pretty to attract the masses. Usually heroines become irrelevant in crazy star projects, but since ANR and Nagarjuna are famous for their romance with heroines, the makers stuffed good romance between the lead pair in the film and they feel Sayesh Saigal is the apt lady.
After a formal Muhurtham last month, Akkineni family will launch Akhil and the movie again on February 14th amid a huge congregation of fans. The regular shooting of the movie will begin from February 16th. The proceedings are expected to begin with a fight in Old City of Hyderabad.
VV Vinayak who recently successfully introduced Bellamkonda Srinivas with Alludu Seenu will be directing this film. Nithin and his father Sudhakar Reddy will be producing the film under their Sresht Movies Banner. Devi Sri Prasad will be composing for the film which will have story penned by 'Damarukham' fame Veligonda Srinivas. Most of the film will be canned in USA and South Africa.
