Rajasekhar and Ram Gopal Varma do not agree on a common point regarding the climax of the film.

Vexed up with Jeevitha and Rajasekhar, Ram Gopal Varma totally left the project to them and Jeevitha is now wielding the megaphone for the reshoots of the film. The climax part is being reshot now. They are planning to complete the movie shooting very soon and release it as soon as possible.

Patta Pagalu has Swathi Deekshit playing an important role. She will be seen as Rajasekhar's daughter in the movie. The First look posters and theatrical trailer of the film were released previously.
