Tamil Cinema's most anticipated event of the year, The Vijay Awards is round the corner. The 9th edition of this Awards will once again honour the excellence in Tamil cinema in various fields and categories. There are two criteria for winning awards here. One set of the awards are decided by a jury, consisting of noted filmmakers, critics and technicians, while the second set winners a separate category named "Favourite awards" are chosen by public voting.
Vijay Awards held at Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium
This awards ceremony will be held at Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai on 25th April 2015. The awards in five categories (Favorite Hero, Heroine, Film, Director and Song) are chosen by public voting. The voting began from 3rd April. You can vote to your choice by giving a missed call to the respective number.
