Finally, the civil and criminal case filed against Shruti Hassan came to hearing while the two parties has their own reasons. Shruti Hassan's counsel said that the producer had to pay an amount of Rs 10 lakhs in advance but did not do so and went ahead with a new heroine into the project.

They made it clear that Tammanah has been a replacement for Shruti's role and the shooting is on. They pleaded the court to permit Shruti to sign new projects that come her way. However, the next hearing will be done on April 20th. So, let's hope that the dazzling beauty moves out of this chaos.
