Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's much awaited film, Gabbar Singh-2 is finally going on floors. The regular shooting of the movie will begin from 29th of this month in a little village near Pune. Incidentally, Pune is the home town of Pawan Kalyan's ex-wife, Renu Desai.

Pawan Kalyan frequently goes there for meeting his children, Akhira and Aadhya who are living with Renu Desai. The shooting of the film will go non stop till completion. Earlier the film is being planned for Sankranthi 2016 release. However it may be moved to Summer 2016 release.
Gabbar Singh-2 film is said to be in the backdrop of Chambal Valley
Already director Bobby and Music director Devi Sri Prasad had completed the first phase of music sittings for the film. The director and Cinematographer, Jaynan Vincent recently toured the interior regions of Rajasthan and Maharashtra. The film is said to be in the backdrop of Chambal Valley.
Pawan Kalyan’s close friend Sharath Marar is producing
The film is not a sequel of Gabbar Singh but will take the central theme of the film in to the second part. Anisha Ambrose is selected as the female lead in this film. Pawan Kalyan’s close friend Sharath Marar is producing the film under his North Star Entertainment banner.
