Yuva Samrat Akkineni Naga Chaitanya's last film, Dohchay ended up as a big disaster. He had pinned high hopes on his next film under the direction of Tamil star director, Gautam Menon. The movie is a bilingual with Simbu playing the lead role in Tamil version. The movie shooting is currently going on in Chennai.
The movie shooting is more than half complete. We are said that the makers are planning to name the film as 'Ventadu'. The first look of the movie is likely to be released very soon. The movie is said to be a Love story with good action quotient. The action sequences of the film are said to be the major highlight of the movie.
Malayalam heroine Manjima Mohan is making her Telugu debut with this film. She is also the heroine of the Tamil version as well. Ravindra Reddy is producing the film in Telugu under his Dwaraka Creations banner while popular writer Kona Venkat is co-producing it. AR Rahman is scoring the music as in the case of all Gautam Menon films.
