Superstar Mahesh Babu has always been bombarded with questions about any remake of a movie from his father's hit list. One among the list was the blockbuster hit "Alluri Seetharamaraju" for which Mahesh remained silent and simply rejected the idea of doing it.
He said " Alluri Seetharama Raju is like a bible to me. I've learnt so much from that movie. Why would anyone want to touch it and spoil it. We have to watch those films again and again but should not spoil them. Desiring for a role, we should not make directors cook story around it."
The way he told that this movie is like a BIBLE, this itself reflects the respect he has for that role. So with these comments we can expect that Mahesh will never be attempting those films which are proven classical hits. That's good that Mahesh wants to stand on his own identity and rather not to spoil the epics that won many hearts!
