In a first of its kind in film industry, ace director SS Rajamouli took to social media and warned fans not to run after fake records. Rajamouli said it has come to his notice that some Prabhas fans are trying to force Fake records of 50 days. He told them gone are the days of having 50 days, 100 days and 175 days.
He urged fans not to run after fake records. "Movies release in 1000s of screens these days and their run complete in 3-4 weeks. Only main theaters get shares after that", Rajamouli said. So he asked fans not to ask for extensions from exhibitors or pay from their pockets. He advised fans to enjoy the memorable victory given by the audience.
He also confirmed that Baahubali theaters not getting shares will make way for new releases irrespective of any record. Baahubali will be completing 50 days tomorrow. The movie is making way to new releases tomorrow cutting short the movie run for 49 days itself in may places. The makers are only retaining main theaters.
