Simbhu and Nayantara were ex-lovers. Both acted in 'Vallavan' together and both were seen intimate many times. But later they broke up due to difference of opinion and now Nayantara is single.
But after long gap, they acted together for 'Idhu Namma Aalu'. Pandiraj directs it. But the movie was stationed due to unknown reasons. Director Pandiraj blamed music composer Kuralarasan and Producer whilst T.Rajendar blamed Pandiraj for leaving the movie at stake and directing 'Haiku'.

Now as 'Vaalu' got released, Simbhu is planning to release his other movies too. 'Idhu Namma Aalu' is one such movie which was shelved due to wrong reasons. As few talkie portions are left, he wants to restart the shooting and Nayantara was called to attend the shooting.
But Nayantara has denied to attend the shooting. So Simbu has lodged a complaint against Nayantara in Producer's council and Actor's council. When Nayantara was buzzed, she has just replied, her dates were wasted and she was not even paid. The producer's council is clueless now and they don't know whom to support.
