Earlier honourable Chief Minister Jayalalitha announced that a memorial will be built for the legendary actor Sivaji Ganesan. This was appreciated by everyone in the Kollywood industry.
This memorial will be built at Adayar, Chennai. The works will start soon. Actor Rajinikanth personally tweeted and thanked the Chief Minister. Similarly Kamalhaasan also thanked the CM.

Today family of Sivaji Ganesan met the honourable Chief Minister and thanked her for taking necessary steps to build the memorial.
Now we hear that Sivaji Statue will be placed in this memorial which is already placed at Marina beach. This will also reduce traffic at Marina beach.
