The actress right now was roped in to do female lead in the remake of Super Hit Malayalam movie 'Premam'. Naga Chaitanya will be doing the male lead role and she will be one of the female leads.
The movie will be produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi who is the nephew of 'Julayi' fame RadhaKrishna. Sources say despite her hectic schedule Shruti has adjusted her call sheet dates and signed the dotted line.
But she has demanded three times of her normal wages. The producers were shell-shocked by this. But as she was adamant, and going by her luck, the producers have agreed to give the same wages.
