'Maya' is a female centric horror movie which tasted huge success recently. The movie is Produced by S.R.Prabhu on behalf of Potential Studios. Aari did supporting role. The movie was helmed by debutante director Ashwin Saravanan. The movie already was labelled as 'Blockbuster' and the team recently happened to conduct a success meet. The male lead actor Aari said,"There were lots of negative criticism around me when I signed this movie. Everyone said not to do it as the movie is a female-centric movie. But the success proved everyone wrong. British Director Eric's praise was the moral boost for us."
Actor Amjath said, "Director Ashwin Saravanan was my best friend. I requested him to give me at least a small role. As a director he chose me only after having lots of screen test. I am happy to be a part of this movie."
