The twist and drama surrounding N-convention seems to have entered a new development on Sunday. It is a known fact that actor Nagarjuna’s convention center has been facing much controversy over alleged encroachment of thummidi kunta, a lake located in the highly costly hi-tech city area.
Although TRS government has strived its best to target this, Nag approached high court and secured a stay over any proposed demolition by GHMC. But surprisingly sources say that the management of N-convention has reportedly pressed in action today.
And they have started demolishing some parts of it. Well, Nag has been saying he is right and hasn’t encroached any lake but now the demolition hints something else. The locals in the surrounding areas reveal the encroachment has happened by at least three acres.
There is also a rumor that Nag and his team is in talks with CM KCR and his party members to work out a ‘compromise’ formula. In the end, it has to be seen whether this whole episode is really about doing something for justice or just a stint for earning some money.
