Telangana Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao once again launched his dirty talks against Andhraites.KCR who known for witty tongue slips over famous personalities opened the box of controversies once again. The other day the chief minister attended the 89th birth anniversary celebrations of veteran lyricist and writer Dasaradhi held at Ravindra Bharathi Auditorium and spoke high of the poet . He said Dasaradhi is a great poet and writer who penned the popular song ‘Naa Telangana Koti Rathanala Veena.’ KCR said that Dasaradhi has inspired the Telangana agitations with his poetry. He said statues like such great personalities should be erected at Tank Bund Park.KCR didn’t stopped there.Talking about the need to install a statue of Daasarathi on the tank bund, KCR called some other statues of Tank Bund as useless. He said even school children have no idea about some of them. In his speech, he talked about one statue which belongs to famous playwright Ballary Raghava and said it as useless. "A child asked me how she knows about Ballary Raghava" he said. “There are many useless statues placed on tank Bund Park and I don’t know who Ballari Raghava is and why his statue was placed there.”KCR said KCR said his government will soon install a statue of Dasarathi he also promised to offer a government job to Dasarathi’s son, whose family is facing acute financial crisis .It is good that KCR recognizes great poet and writers like Dasaradhi but making such derogatory comments on great people like ‘Natakala Prapoorna’ Bellary Raghava basing on their regions is highly condemnable.
