Vizainagaram district officials maintain silence on violations of Botsa Family since 7 years on maintenance of stone crusher. District collector MM Naik ordered an enquiry on these illegal quarries. There were many allegations on Former PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana family members on running of Stone crushing quarries in Kaasipatnam Village in the district. Media Channel did an inquiry on their irregularities recently.
As per it reports, Botsa associates took the lease from SC farmers and run these quarries without having minimum permissions to run. They run these quarries in the name of “Satya Granites” since 2006 onwards. Ranganaidu who is another associate of Botsa is running another quarry nearby in same village. Vizag mining department didn’t consider any criteria before granting the permission to Satya Granites.
They run the business by showing the license of “Mineral dealer”. Local residents made an allegation that they took license for the manufacturing the Chips not for Crushing. Taking the lease from assigned land of SC farmers is another mistake. Satya Granites had no permission from Kaasipatnam Village Panchayat board. It seems that Botsa ruled his own governance during last 10 years in Vizainagaram.
