Now just like a film tag, YSRCP can be called as pucca local, only confined to Seemandhra. The party has lost its relevance in Telangana already and now in the ongoing Metro issue, the party has no official stand or statement.
Although it is known that Jagan’s men support KCR more or less directly, it has to be noted that people of Seemandhra are watching who protects their interests in Hyderabad and now with metro issue, right or wrong, TDP is daring to take a harsh anti-KCR stand.
TDP has hinted that it will not turn a blind eye to KCR’s mismanagement of Hyderabad, which is not only crucial for TS but also for lakhs of Andhras who are residing here or whose properties are still here and will be here for near future.
Even Jagan supporters feel he could have at least issued a neutral statement saying Metro should not be troubled and also that TRS government should ensure it goes ahead. But, with a complete lack of presence from the city where he thundered last year with Samaykya Shankaravam rally, Jagan may have failed to calculate how this ineffectiveness would have a domino effect on his party in Seemandhra!
