Shocked! but that is the truth. The High Court has served notices to the State Government ruling party TRS and Central Government also. This notice is to file a counter affidavit about the Intensive Household survey that had applaud and criticism as well.
The High Court asked to give reason for making such a Intensive Household survey by collecting certain private matters of people too. The High Court gave T-Government notices that it should file a counter affidavit in just four weeks.
So, this is surely a headache to KCR and got only four weeks time to give an explanation to the High Court. KCR has already told that the survey is going o be done inorder to benefit the people who are deprived of their rights and also promised that he will give anything that a needy requires.
But, will he be able to satisfy the court with his explanation? Can KCR make use of the content taken into custody for a better state? Is he really planning something big? Or this is all a show put up after the TRS came into force?
