Bhuma Akhila Priya had won Allagadda Assembly Segment unanimously. Still there are many doubts whether she enters into the Assembly or not because of legal issues. That’s the reason Election Commission has issued conditional winning certificate to Akhila Priya. EC mentioned in the certificate “This certificate is issued subject to further orders in Writ Petition No: 14303 of 2014 and 14305 of 2014 of High Court of AP and Telangana of Hyderabad”. That means EC has still doubt on coming verdict of State Apex court in Allagadda bi-election. Shobha Nagi Reddy was killed in an accident just before the polling. Nomination phase was completed and EC was ready with all the names of the contestants in Ballot Paper. EC unable to postpone the election at that time and State Election Commissioner Bhanwar Lal made an appeal to Allgadda voters not to vote to Shobha Nagi Reddy because of her death and EC considered all votes to Shobha as invalid. This causes confusion to the voters as well as to the political parties. YSRCP was declared as winner in Allagadda but EC nullified the election due to the death of Shobha. TDP leaders were approached the court and questioned how EC was conducted the election after the death of candidate. If court questioned the EC on postponement of the election after Shoba death it will be problem for Akila Priya. Based on the situation, EC issued conditional certificate to Akhila.
