It seems to be like that the days are not going in favour of Jagan. The CBI court judge, N Balayogi, has taken up the eleventh charge sheet on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for possessing illegal assets. This is because of the Indu-Andhra Pradesh Housing Board Land scam case.
The court has directed to issue summons to the accused people in the case stated. YSR Congress Party Chief Jagan, Vijaya Sai Reddy, Shyam Prasad Reddy, YV SUbba Reddy and IAS officer SN Mohanty to appear before the court on December 19th.
This is is the first ever appearance of Jagan in this case proceedings. The cases are like cheating, criminal conspiracy and criminal breach. They have also been booked under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
The allegation is that Syam Prasad Reddy being the MD of Indu Projects Ltd has been approved for 135 acres land in Greater Hyderabad during the YSR's reign. This is to bring in housing venture. However, this 135 acres of land was sold without any construction. So, what do you think of the case?
