Political parties are known to deploy people based on castes to counter other people from same caste in other political parties. When it comes to the YSRCP boss Jagan, Somireddy and Revanth Reddy were the two shotguns from TDP.

After losing fight as MLA, Somireddy also nearly missed Rajya Sabha nomination as Nirmala Sitaraman just snatched it away in the last hour. Now for MLC quota from Nellore, Adala Prabahakar Reddy and jump jilanis who entered TDP from Congress just before elections are dominating the scene.
As for our Nellore Reddy, he is bearing rejection from Nellore people and also negligence by Chandrababu! But many feel it won’t be long before the TDP high command will notice the dedication of Somireddy and something positive is going to be worked out for him soon.
