The buzz surrounding the so called mysterious illness of KCR seems to be gaining credence with reports in certain sections of media that Telangana CM Chandrasekhar Rao may be leaving for a two month long stay in the United States.
Sources say that in the interim, Deputy CM Mohammad Ali would be made the CM in charge while KTR and Harish Rao would be taking care of day-to-day functions. This information was reportedly conveyed by KCR to dissident leader Koppula Eshwar.
It happened while KCR was convincing him recently after he was upset over not being made a minister. The rumor doing the rounds is that KCR may be suffering from a liver ailment, which is not being publicized at all.
In case, KCR stays away for more than eight weeks, then this may be a testing time for TRS in Hyderabad as the dissident MLA’s are growing in number by the day and it would be a challenge to run everything in the absence of KCR.
