This is because the AP people believed in the promises of Chandrababu of building a world-class capital and so are rushing to buy lands in the AP capital. But if Babu cannot fulfil it? Then what is the situation? However nobody is thinking in that frame.
It seems the real estate dealers say that Naidu is next to God because he was the one who gave hope to the people of AP and made the land rates increase. However, the CRDA warned the illegal dealer to beware of jail terms and layouts will be demolished if any kind of loss to the people. So, what do you think?
