TDP Senior leader and former minister Chikkala Ramachandra Rao might get chance to select for key nominated post. Chikkala Ramachandra Rao was elected from Tallarevu Assembly segment six times and served as minister under NTR and CBN cabinets. Chikkala is known for his honesty and commitment towards the party. CBN has compared Chikkala with Anna Hazare during public meetings and party meetings.
Chikkala Ramachandra Rao was lost the election in 2012 bye-election from Ramachandra Puram. He did canvas on his scooter. His name is under discussion for nominated post in the state or for MLC. There are rumors that Chikkala would get prominent post with cabinet rank. Yenamala also interested to get this post but CBN wants Yenamala will remain in the Assembly.
CBN wants to fill the nominated posts with TDP leaders and cadre. Chikkala will deserve to get any selected post. There are no objections from TDP cadre if Chikkala will select for the post. There are three to four MLC will vacant from East Godavari district. Chikkala name is sure to have in the list from the district.
