By elections to Warangal Lok Sabha constituency result surprised not only political parties but also seasoned psephologists and research organisations. Many expected tough fight between the ruling TRS and the opposition parties. However much to the shock of all, TRS crushed all as opposition lost deposits too.
Now it is coming out that popular channel TV9 predicted TRS sweep in Warangal longtime back. Right after the completion of polling in Warangal by elections a message from TV9 did hulchul in whatsapp. However no one bothered about it at that time since TV9 didnot announce Warangal by election prediction officially.
The message in whatsapp clearly predicted the contest to be one sided and ruling TRS party will sweep the polls. Message even predicted that except in in Parakala, in the remaining six assembly constituencies, TRS would poll 80% votes.
But no one took notice of it as many expected the polls to be a keenly contested one. Finally TV9 message was proven right.
