The Annual Pilgrimage to Sabarimala temple has started and Anbumani Ramadoss of PMK has urged Tamil Nadu government to take over the five acre land offered by Kerala and provide necessary amendments for the bhakts in Tamil Nadu.

Anbumani Ramdoss said, "Tamil Nadu government should accept, take over the five acre land allotted by Kerala in Nilakkal and they must provide the much needed amenities. Government should also build community halls for the pilgrims.

Tamil Nadu Government should make an awareness program among the pilgrims who go from our state that they should not leave their clothes in Pamba River. They must understand that it is a wrong belief. The necessary steps must be made by Government."

Earlier Kerala gave around 5 acres of land in Nilakkal near Sabarimalai to Andhra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
Sabaraimala is one of the famous religious destination and lots of bhakts visit the divine destination every year. Lots of stampede also happens each year. The Government should ensure that no mishaps happen at least this year.
