Hyderabad Metro Rail managing director NVS Reddy is what one can call a 'smart man'. NVS reddy clearly knows how to please the politicians and also how to attract public and make more money. He already allowed the political parties to stick their banner.
Even though Telengana CM Chandrasekara Rao was angry against Metro Rail project as it demands to demolish heritage places like Sultan Bazaar, Putlibowli, Mozamjahi Market, etc, NVS Reddy consoled him and he is now a pet of Telangana CM K.Chandrasekar Rao.
Hyderabad Metro Rail will have retail space ranging from 3000 square feet to 9000 square feet. The news was confirmed by L&T project developer. Two stores are already constructed and they were baout 180 and 200 square feet. They were created at Nagole station and they will give space to the retailers.
VB Gadgil who is L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd chief executive and managing director said that each centre will have stores like grocery, vegetables, daily needs, accessories, restaurants, large food courts, ATM's, Medical shops and Laundry centres. There are totally 64 stations and each will have the retails space.
