Political leaders and parties always surprise people with their statements. When results come in their favour and they emerge victorious, politicians claim that it is people's victory and people voted in support of them and everyone should take note of the verdict.
But if results are discouraging, the same leaders say winners rigged the elections,machines were tampered or it is not the verdict of the people. Same thing is happening in case of Warangal by elections in which the ruling TRS party crushed entire opposition and left them badly bruised.
It is known that all parties lost deposits and Congress which received huge shock with the party not getting even one vote in 13 booths,now started saying that Warangal result is not people's verdict. Sarve Satyanarayana, Congress candidate said EVMs were tampered by the ruling party leaders and questioned how could he not get even single vote in 13 booths despite his 3 decades political experience.
While
some political leaders are demanding enquiry into the discrepancies
and EVM tampering, others say the comments are like insulting people's
verdict.
