Tension is increasing on who will be the next Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh. IVR.Krishna Rao's term is getting completed soon and it is coming out that both CM Chandra Babu Naidu and his son Lokesh are having difference of opinion on who the next chief secretary.
TDP sources say both of them are having different people in their mind. While Chandra Babu Naidu is keen to give importance to experience, Lokesh is supporting another person. Senior IAS officer Takkar is ahead in the race and with him being close to CM Chandra Babu,he is expecting to appoint him.
Another senior officer Nimmagadda Ramesh too is hoping to get the Chief Secretary post. He is not only son in law of former minister Jagarlamudi Padmavathi from West Godavai but also many TDP leaders are supporting him. Even Lokesh too is supporting him due to caste considerations.
But with ball is in CM Chandra Babu's court everyone is looking at him with great interest. Many feel Takkar may get the post since he is close to Chandra Babu and Babu too prefer him.
