Is AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu planning high profile encounter? Kollam Malavika, wife of Kollam Gangireddy main accused in sandlwood smuggling approached High Court against Chandra Babu Naidu.
She in her complaint accused that CM Chandra Babu is planning to encounter her husband and requested court to provide security and shift him from Kadapa jail to Hyderabad or any other jail in Telangana.
She in her petition said Chandra Babu implicated her husband Gangireddy in false cases and added that AP police tried including her husband name in attack against Chandra Babu Naidu in Alipiri,Trupati sometime back but High Court pronounced her husband innocent.
She said the day and time AP cops accused her husband in cases, he was actually in foreign countries. She said CID and DIG officials aredancing to the tunes of Chandra Babu going against the norms set bySupreme Court.
