The number of harassment's case are increasing each day. Most of the cases have weird inputs to the police. One such has taken place recently in Hyderabad. LB Nagar police has registered a sexual assault case.
The worst case scenario in this case was the sexual assault was done by the home guard himself. He has tried to misbehave with the woman inside the home. LB Nagar Inspector Srinivas Reddy said, "Watchman Chandra Goud was working as a driver and night guard for Madhu's family.
Madhu who will travel outstation with respect to business affairs will keep his wife alone. Noticing this the night guard has tried to assault her and misbehaved with Madhu's wife."
Madhu made an official complaint and a case was registered against the watch man under section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of the IPC. As per police reports, he is not arrested and the first set of investigations will begin soon for him inside the police station.
