This news may be a shocker. But this is the real fact in Hyderabad following bifurcation. The KCR administration expected the people of Andhra will try to adjust themselves and invest in reality once again, all their expectations have gone wrong. People who even had ideas to invest in Hyderabad are investing in their home towns.
And this time North Indians are completely dominating the state. Lots of IT companies have been opened and north Indian techies are found in every corner. Usually a techie who earns minimum of 60,000 would purchase a flat in ares such as Hi-tech city, Madhapur, Gachi Bowli, Manikonda etc.
But now they are making investments back in hometown in Andhra Pradesh. This also makes sense. During partition, most people have decided to forego their advances instead of completing their purchase. But this has benefited North Indians who are in huge number.
More number of North Indians are working in Hyderabad based on IT sector. In their opinion, the prices are so good as they can't afford a flat in same price in Pune or Mumbai.
