Union Urban Development and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu is extremely powerful politician from Andhra Pradesh. He enjoys good rapport with all top leaders in National politics from all parties and PM Modi knowing his talent and amiable nature bestowed him with the Parliamentary Affairs portfolio.
However in a shocker it is coming out that PM Modi may show doors to Venkaiah Naidu soon. Insiders in BJP party say Venkaiah is experiencing scares to his post as party already taken some important decisions.
BJP has taken a decision not to nominate any leader however senior they may be for more than three times from Rajyasabha. In Modi's cabinet, Arun Jaitley, Ravishankar Prasad's RS term will be comleted in 2018 but Venkaiah's term will end by June 2016.
Now question mark is cast on Venkaiah Naidu's post and if he don't get another nomination as per BJP's decision,then he should relinquish his post. Unless until national leadership takes some strong decision deviating from the decisions made in their plenary, Venkaiah will lose his post. However some say since Venkaiah is holding important portfolio he may be given exemption and point out that even earlier BJP sent Jaswanth Singh and Pramod Mahajan for four times from Rajya Sabha.
