This was proven in the recently held Warangal by elections. When everyone predicted reverses due to anti incumbency and public anger, KCR with his poll strategies crushed entire opposition.
Now he is coming with another strategy to win MLC elections. There is a notion that KCR favors his community leaders while allocating tickets. Apart from it he goes by his BC formula.
However he surprised all by departing from this practice and giving six out of 12 constituency tickets to Reddy community leaders. It has to be seen how successful KCR's Reddy strategy.
