We are not exaggerating anything. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu who said AP is a revenue deficit state has a guest house which is worth Rs.100 Crores.

Now apart from spending 100's of Crores in these stuff, the Chief minister is spending even more money as he is making some renovations on this guest house. This guest house is at Undavalli vilalge in Tadepalli mandal in Guntur.

Naidu stays in Lingamaneni guest house on the banks of river Krishna whenever he takes up official duties from Vijayawada. We hear from bankable sources that Naidu has spend more than hundred crores with respect to renovation works, security arrangements and setting up a special helipad in front of the guest house.

Now some new roads are being laid around the guest house. Fool proof arrangements and latest facilities are provided here. The guest house still continues to be owned by private persons on which over Rs.100 crore public money was spent. Stay tuned for more updates.
