Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi lashed out Congress Government in Assam and previous UPA Government for failing to develop Assam. He took a hit against 15 year Congress rule in Assam and he also never failed to miss Manmohan Singh.
He completely blamed Former Prime Minister Manmohan singh for not developing Assam. Modi addressed a rally which was organized by BJP. During the rally he said, "Why Assam have so many problems when the same Government was in rule for a span of 15 long years.
The state has sent a Prime Minister for Ten years. They never did anything in fifteen years and now they just want to solve all the problems within fifteen months. This is unfair to me. There are a pile of problems. Each problem should be addressed one by one. There has been no development.
Congress has no rights to question my Government. They are just creating chaos among the people. I leave it to you people. Compare my 15 months rule with Congress's 15 year rule. You all will know the vast difference."
