Famous social media, Twitter is losing more top executives in a major shake up at the social networking site. As per reports, most of them are bidding adieu to the company.


The list includes, Alex Roetter, the head of engineering, product chief Kevin Weil, and Katie Stanton, the head of media, the Wall Street Journal and tech news website Re/code reported citing unnamed sources. Nearly one third of the executive team are bidding adieu to the company.


At the same time, Jason Toff who is general manager at the Vine, which is the video sharing site owned by Twitter also announced his departure from the company. The General Manager said, "Personal update! I'm joining Google to work on VR (virtual reality). So much exciting potential there."


He further added, "The decision to walk out of Vine was so hard. I loved the team so much and I am so proud of what we have accomplished. There are incredible things waiting ahead of my team members." A journal reporter that Twitter is looking to bring some new board members and one of them is said to be a high profile executive in the media industry.
