Live and let live, this is a very common proverb which we see every day. But the Congress party which is on a downside especially after 2014 polls even in AP and TS, is now taking up a new fight against its former and close ally MIM headed by Owaisi brothers!
It is a known fact that because of unlimited support from Congress, MIM overcame all other rivals and opposition in Old city of Hyderabad after 2004. Even Owaisi admitted how they had unlimited run until Kiran Kumar Reddy said enough is enough.
Now with Congress not expected to do anything better in GHMC, its leadership has decided to succeed in one objective at least, that is to ruin votes going to MIM. With TDP sailing with BJP, many minority communities and leaders want an alternative to MIM here.
They are expected to vote for Congress, given its serious anti-MIM campaign exclusively in old city by all of its leaders. The party feels that even if it can cause damage even in half of MIM’s strong segments in 50 divisions, it would not make MIM a king maker after results!
