In Chennai, a man was killed on the spot as a Speeding Audi car hit the bike. The Audi car was driven by a drunk business man. The accident took place on the busy streets of Anna Salai in Chennai. The accident took place today early morning.


A van which was following the two-wheeler also toppled after it collided head on with Audi car. Van driver had minor injuries and he was taken to nearby hospital. Police reports said that the accident took place today early morning 3:45am. The victim was identified as I.Kevin Raj (25) and he is a native of Kasi Gardens at Kasimedu.


He was working as a waiter and he was returning back to home after working night shift at a Star hotel in Guindy. As a result of the incident, he was thrown away and his body was found stuck on a fence which is erected for Metro Rail project. Anna Salai police rushed to the spot and they sent the body to Postmortem.


They rescued the two businessmen who were trapped inside the Audi. They are identified as Mohammad Safi, 31, and Mohammad Farook, 39. Police said both were leather business men and they came to Chennai for a trade fare. They were arrested and remanded.
