Hyderabad is slowly losing the good will which the whole Nation had on it. The Kapus agitation resulted in a violent attack and it resulted in burning of four bogies and two police stations. Similarly few days back, there was a worst assault on a Tanzanian student in Bengaluru.
Now a 26 Year old Nigerian national was beaten badly by an angry mob at Banjara Hills. The Nigerian name was said to be Orolabe Ibidola. He lodged a complaint stating that he was assaulted by 15 people for no reason. He clearly said this was a racist attack.
The accused however lodged another counter complaint stating that they were beaten up by three Nigerians after there was a minor road accident. Due to this racist attack, all three Nigerians staged a dharna outside Banjara Hills police station. They ended protests only after the cops filed a case and promised legal action.
Ibidola who met media said, he was praying at a local mosque in Paramount Colony in Hakimpet of Banjara Hills. When he was walking towards Tolichowki some unknown youngsters came and attacked vehemently. He also said they made some racial abuses.
