MIM leaders violent acts in old city is nothing new. They always act closely with the parties in power and then behave old city as their adda and act as if no power on earth can touch them.
All parties too ignored them as 7-8 seats doesn't matter much even if they go to MIM.MIM used to behave that in old city other parties cannot step in.Ruling parties used to have an impression that if they leave old city to MIM they willnot criticise and all minorities will vote for them.
Congress used to be under this impression and MIM had a field day all these years.Communists who dare anyone too got scared of MIM after fighting relentlessly for sometime. This because former CM YSR never bothered even when MIM cadre attacked them. Before CPM , MBT (Majlis Bachao Tehrik) tried to take on MIM but MBT chief Amanullah Khan was insulted,attacked and tortured and with YSR government looking the other way,MBT couldn't do anything.
Only former CM Kiran Kumar Reddy reigned in Owaisis leaving law take its own course. Now accusations are coming that TRS is becoming too lenient on MIM and this is leading to law and order problem. One can imagine the situation when MIM MLA slapped Dy CM's son.
