BJP had alliance with TDP for the recently concluded GHMC elections. The result completely shocked both the parties. But Telangana BJP President G.Kishan Reddy said that Bharatiya Janata Party's alliance with Telugu Desam Party was not responsible for its defeat in GHMC elections.
This words came as a surprise as well as shock to most of the media persons. Kishan reddy said that BJP never lost just because they had alliance with TDP. He also said Winning or Losing elections is part of the politics. He said GHMC results will never have any impact on BJP's future in Telangana.
He also said immediately a meeting will happen and the reason behind the poor performance will be found out and they will be rectified. Kishan Reddy also said people voted in favour of TRS with respect to some welfare schemes which was launched in the city.
He requested TRS to keep up all the promises. Kishan also said that people have voted in favour of TRS that they will get some benefit. TRS Government should realize it and they must act accordingly.
