GHMC polls have ended and now it looks like Telangana Congress party is completely deserted by one leader after the other. In the recently concluded Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections Congress showed dismal performance and most of the leaders were disappointed.
Even though BJP is also sailing in same boat, the leaders assured that they will rectify the flaws and they will bounce back soon. But soon after the results came out, reater Hyderabad Congress Committee president Danam Nagender quit his post. He already sounded as if he won't stay in the party for long.
And day before yesterday, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president N.Uttam Kumar Reddy accepted the resignation of Danam Nagender on the advice of AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh. Meanwhile, Ranga Reddy DCC President Kayam Mallesh too resigned his post with respect to the humiliating defeat of the party in GHMC polls.
Most of the followers also quit the party mid way. The Congress party floor leader K.Jana Reddy is also missing and lots of leaders are also leaving the party at stake.
